I worked on redesigning the referral experience for Swiggy’s delivery partners. The old flow was confusing and didn’t give partners much clarity on their earnings or referral status. I simplified the journey, added clear progress states, and made the incentives more visible. We also tweaked the copy and visuals to make it feel more rewarding. The result? Higher referral engagement and fewer doubts about how the system worked.
