Swiggy School is an in-app learning space we built to make things simpler for delivery partners. It covers everyday topics they actually care about—like how to use the help centre properly or how to unlock more incentives. Instead of long documents, we used short videos in regional languages so they could watch and learn between deliveries. The idea was to cut confusion, reduce support calls, and help partners feel more in control of their work and earnings.
